Recruitment Coordinator Job Description

**Role Overview**

Eireann Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking a skilled Recruitment Coordinator to join their team in Manchester. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering a high-quality, customer-focused recruitment service while supporting the Resourcing Manager to achieve objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Coordinate all recruitment administration from advert through to interview and offer stage, ensuring the process is efficient and consistent with service standards.

* Update applicant tracking systems and other systems as required.

* Book training courses for contractors, accommodation, and work alongside Health and Safety to ensure all operators have the correct tickets to work on-site.

**Requirements**

* Proven experience in recruitment administration.

* Excellent communication and organizational skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

**What We Offer**

* Salary up to 30K pro-rata depending on experience.

* Flexible working hours.
