**About Susan Hampshire House**:
At our CQC registered care home in Yate, we provide residential and respite care tailored for older individuals living with learning disabilities and additional health needs. Our approach centres on person-specific care and active community involvement to enrich the lives of up to 16 residents.

**About the role**:As a **Care Team Leader** at Freeways, your role will be crucial in aiding the Manager with the daily operation of our exemplary support services, always aligned with the core values of Freeways. You will play an active role in ensuring that our services prioritise the needs of the people we support, promoting their rights, choices, dignity, and diversity. You will oversee the day to day supervision of the support team, and In the event that both the Manager and Assistant Manager are unavailable, you will assume responsibility for overseeing the full support of service users, ensuring that all staff adhere to Freeways' policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

**About you**:
As an experienced **Care Team Leader** within Learning Disabilities or Older Persons’ care settings, you are ready to step into a role that challenges and fulfills you. You bring:

- A track record of delivering quality care services, combined with some leadership experience.
- Passion for making a substantial difference in people’s lives.
- An NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent.
