**JOB SUMMARY**: As a Customer Services & Engagement Consultant for our restaurant, your primary objective will be to enhance and maintain positive interactions with our customers to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and ultimately, business growth. You will play a crucial role in establishing and executing customer engagement strategies, ensuring that guests have exceptional dining experiences while also fostering long-term relationships with our brand. Your expertise will help us in building a loyal customer base and improving overall guest satisfaction.

**1.** **OPERATIONAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Develop Customer Engagement Strategies**: Create, implement, and manage comprehensive customer engagement strategies tailored to our restaurant's target audience. This may include loyalty programs, feedback collection systems, social media campaigns, and other initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experiences.
- **Monitor and Improve Customer Satisfaction**: Continuously measure customer satisfaction and gather feedback to identify areas of improvement. Analyze data and customer reviews to recommend actionable solutions that will enhance the overall dining experience.
- **Train and Educate Staff**: Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure they understand the importance of customer engagement and its impact on the success of the business. Provide training on customer service, effective communication, and how to handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- **Implement Guest Loyalty Programs**: Effectively implement the restaurant's customer loyalty program to reward and retain our regular patrons. Design loyalty incentives, promotions, and special offers that encourage repeat visits and increase customer retention.
- **Social Media Management**:Oversee and manage the restaurant's social media presence. Create engaging content, respond to customer comments and messages, and actively participate in online conversations to build a positive brand image.
- **Community Engagement**:Collaborate with the local community to identify opportunities for the restaurant to participate in events, sponsorships, or charitable initiatives. Engaging with the community can enhance the restaurant's reputation and increase its visibility.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**: Regularly analyze customer engagement data, feedback, and social media insights to measure the success of customer engagement initiatives. Prepare reports and presentations for management to communicate results and make data-driven recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer engagement, customer service, or related roles, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in social media management and online communication tools.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
