You will coordinate the Practice in delivering Long Term Condition Management, Public Health Programmes and Local Incentive Schemes. You will be responsible for auditing Practice performance and will contribute to the strategic planning of service delivery and quality improvement.

You will be supporting the Practice in all aspects of IT.

We are a friendly and committed team of doctors, nurses, pharmacists, healthcare assistants, and administrators who care for 17000 patients.

The Practice is an accredited training practice for student nurses, GPs and medical students and offers opportunities to progress and develop, in both clinical and non-clinical roles.
