The Customer Service Administrator at Swie-Lift, is a key position in our fast-paced business.

As the Customer Service Administrator, you will be joining our growing team and play an important part supporting the successful running of our busy service and hire department.

The successful applicant will have a background in customer call handling and work allocation, ideally in the service support industry. Strong organisation and planning skills, supported by effective, clear communication, ensuring our customers receive an outstanding level of service.
- Should be highly reliable and punctual.
- Be numerically accurate.
- Have a confident and pleasant telephone manner
- Be an excellent communicator with first class customer handling skills
- Experience of working within a fast-paced service environment.
- Possess strong decision making and prioritization skills.
- Be committed, self-driven and a team player.
- Have well developed IT skills with a good understanding of Microsoft & Excel an understanding of KEY would be a distinct advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
