The following are the core responsibilities of the Clinical Systems Administrator. There may be on occasion, a requirement to carry out other tasks; this will be dependent upon factors such as workload and staffing levels: Ensure all staff have appropriate access and knowledge to be able to utilise the practice digital, IT and software platforms, communication and media platforms, equipment and hardware as required to perform their roles and duties. Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and effectively and with external stakeholders and suppliers if and when required. Ensure all software and asset registers are kept up to date in conjunction with schedules and assistance from our IT and software providers.

Work as directed by the Clinical Admin Team Leader and Managers to process, code and file data in accordance with our policies and procedures. Provide a search and reporting service and assist with the creation of practice dashboards and data. Troubleshoot and provide operational and administrative support when and where necessary for social media, other practice media and communications including websites, newsletters, leaflets, brochures, displays, virtual patient groups, surveys, digital and IT projects and developments including digital information screens and for other patient services. Provide cover and assistance for other roles within the Clinical Admin Team s and when required to ensure continuity of essential services.
