Project Administrator

Kelly Group is currently looking to recruit the very best talent and have a unique opportunity for an experienced Project Administrator to join our expanding team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Liaising with customers and clients to provide updates on delivery commitments
- Uploading new jobs to the system, contacting customers to arrange access to being able to carry out the work.
- Accountable for the day to day management of the engineering resource to ensure time is utilised effectively, using effective route planning.
- Maintaining contact with the field operation throughout the day and jeopardy managing the work in real time.
- Developing relationships with internal and external management and engineering teams.
- To ensure the accurate completion of all documentation required to report field service performance.
- Providing relevant reports and updates as requested.
- Ensuring all work is accounted for and updates are received by the end of the day.
**You will have the following qualifications and be able to prove experience and competence**:
- The ability to multitask, to a high standard with exceptional attention to detail
- Logical and methodical.
- Team player with the ability to work alone.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of good organisational skills, including managing workload effectively
- Flexible with working hours.
- Experience working in a similar role.
- Excellent geographical knowledge.
