Job Title: Onboarding Administrator

Location: Borehamwood, Hertfordshire

**Salary**: £12.00 - 13.00 per hour

Contract: Temporary, Full Time

Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm with 30 minutes for lunch

The Company:
Our well-established client are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Recruitment / onboarding Administrator join their dynamic team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a lively team, within the healthcare industry.

Skills Required:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Knowledge and understanding of compliance I.e. rights to work etc
- Good communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Competent with Microsoft Packages

**Responsibilities**:

- Issuing employment contracts, pre-employment checks, onboarding and posting job adverts.
- Deliver high levels of customer service.
- Run DBS checks, retrieve Right to Work documents, review Occupational Health screening and chasing references.
- Assist with risk assessments.
