Are you meticulous with a knack for numbers and a background in accounts? We’re seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Administrator.
We prioritize work-life balance and are dedicated to offering flexible working hours tailored to your needs. This role will require 25-30 hours per week, ensuring a healthy balance between work and personal commitments.

We are a family run business that is passionate about delivering high-quality food products to our customers while fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment. We have a small team and the business is family owned and run so we have a genuinely friendly and supportive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounts receivable tasks, including allocating customer payments and addressing payment-related inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding overdue accounts and payment arrangements.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in supplier invoicing and payment processing.
- Manage payroll processing, including accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and withholdings.
- Some general office work.

**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in payroll processing and accounts receivable functions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers and colleagues professionally.
- Knowledge of accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
