**KEY RESPONSBILITIES**:
The Office Administrator will take accountability for the oversight and administration of day-to-day tasks related to the efficient running of POD’s Head Office.

**Day-to-day duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Organising the office daily routines (meeting room set-up, general organisational tasks)
- Point of contact for any facilities related repairs /contractor’s work
- Management of the Cleaning Operative/ the overall weekly cleaning routines
- Responsible for the purchasing of head office equipment / stationary needs
- Onboarding new starters to head office (alarms, key cards)
- Diary organising / minutes taking/ allocating actions and tasks / and chasing progress to successful completion
- Oversight & management of the outsourced IT provider
- General office administration, including access systems and visitor sign-in
- Assisting the Senior Leadership Team with duties as required
- Basic event organising including monthly socials, as well as assisting with larger corporate events
