We are looking for a highly motivated and passion individual with an interest and understanding of sport & entertainment to join our dynamic, forward thinking Talent Growth Agency to help implement and execute our Marketing strategy to drive help the achieve the overall business objectives.

You’ll be joining the company as they enter an incredibly exciting phase of growth and be expected to get involved with everything from brand marketing to supporting the digital acquisition strategy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Helping to shape, define, and champion the DEFY Brand.
- Creating content: Web copy, sales collateral including decks and one-pagers etc., social media, blogs, Thought Leadership, Video Content. Always ensuring content is informative, on brand, and of benefit to the target audience.
- Managing Social media: building our presence across multiple channels Instagram, LinkedIn and Youtube to build and develop and community of followers and supporters.
- Develop social content and maintaining the content calendar ensuring social media content is regular, relevant and engaging
- Provide input to Marketing Ideas working with the founders to develop and align KPI’s behind our Marketing activities.
- Establish partnerships between brands and Partners through a variety of Marketing initiatives including content shoots, appearances, and activations.

What we need from you:

- Excellent knowledge and a passion for Sports, Media & Entertainment
- Excellent in-depth understanding and Experience of developing and managing social media strategies, KPIs and goals to increase a digital audience and engagement. (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok)
- Good Knowledge and experienced of digital publishing software and techniques (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign & Canva)
- Strong copywriting skills including excellent spelling and grammar, as well as writing techniques to capture specific audiences.
- Ongoing awareness and interest in trends across social media, digital publishing, online video and sports output internationally.
- Experience of developing and managing social media strategies, KPIs and goals to increase a digital audience and engagement.
- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics and interpret website traffic and online engagement metrics.
- Be a good communicator with strong relationship management skills

Ideal Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Sport Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, Sponsorship
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sports marketing or management

Pay: £28,000.00-£38,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Digital marketing: 2 years (preferred)
