Macildowie are thrilled to be working alongside a fantastic organisation based in **Sleaford, Lincolnshire** to recruit an experienced **Office Administrator** on a **Fixed Term Contract**.

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday 08:30am until 5pm.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Managing the general enquiries inbox and responding within a timely manner.
- First point of contact for all visitors, colleagues and contractors.
- Organising all travel and transport arrangements across the wider business.
- Assisting the Finance & HR departments with general queries/support.
- Collating and filing monthly corporate credit card expenses.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident use of IT software/systems, including Microsoft programmes.
- Strong attention to detail is essential.
- Proven experience within a fast-paced office/administration environment.
- Background in a highly regulated organisation would be advantageous.
