A National Construction company require an experienced Administrator to join them in Sleaford. This company have a very healthy pipeline, with a key focus on large commercial build projects. This is a temporary role looking to start someone ASAP, with a duration of 3 months, with the potential to be a temporary to permanent position.
The role:
- Working alongside other managers, providing admin support
- Co-ordinate staff training and activities
- General administrative duties: photocopying, filing and scanning
- Co-ordinate schedules, appointments & bookings
- Organise and assist with office inductions for new staff members
- Reviewing documents and uploading onto the system
**Requirements**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- At least 1 years experience in an admin role
- Experience using Microsoft and other database packages
- Experience of working in a fast paced office environment
- Experience in planning work diaries would be advantageous
- Self-motivated and can work to tight deadlines
- Good eye for detail and problem-solving skills
- Hunger to learn and develop in the business
