Administration Assistant

My client are seeking an Administration Assistant to join their successful team from on a full-time temporary basis. My highly regarded international client, are passionate, ambitious, fast-growing and successful which has been built from a family heritage background. Consumer experience is ensured from start to finish; only offering nothing but the best level of customer service to ensure all of their customers and clients are deeply cared for.

As the successful Administration Assistant you'll be providing varied support within their Sleaford premises. Providing administration expertise to ensure all customers/supplier interactions be actioned effectively and efficiently albeit on an internal and external stakeholder basis. You'll be covering a variety and broad range of office based duties, which shall include but not limited to:

- Processing orders
- Communicating with the Production Department to manage time-scale of orders and maintaining documentation.
- Raising Purchase Orders; input on and receipt in IFS. Packaging, materials and equipment for Production.
- Arranging collections/deliveries.
- Goods in and collection bookings and scheduling.
- Covering stock loads/stock issues and stock counts by Liaising with the Production Planner.
- Main point of contact for Front of House; telephone calls, welcoming visitors and drivers. Maintaining visitor and driver paperwork.
- Other general ad-hoc duties (minute taking etc.), and providing cover for other team members as and when required.
- Strong numeracy skills
- Thrives in small cohesive team, along with being flexible and adaptable
- Competent at multi-tasking, prioritising duties to adhere to deadlines as and when needed
- Strong communicator both in writing and verbally
- Confident demeanour
- Willing to learn in a growing and changing environment
- Can do, confident and proactive attitude, together with utilising your initiative when problem solving

This role is offered on a 40 hour week basis, Monday - Friday 08:30am -16:30pm, with an hourly rate of £12.32
