**What tasks does this role include?**
- Fielding incoming customer service calls to the business
- Providing administrative support to the after sales team
- Handling incoming enquiries
- Processing customer sales orders & associated enquiries
- Invoicing outgoing goods and service calls on a daily basis
- Preparing sales quotations for service, spares and consumables

**What will you bring to the role?**
- Have a friendly, positive and professional manner
- Have strong verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to work under own initiative and manage time effectively
- Be reliable and have a good attitude toward work
- Be confident with IT - experience using Excel and SAP beneficial

**Working Hours**
- Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm
- 30 Minutes lunch break
