This role focuses on driving revenue growth within our Public Sector customer base, ensuring sales targets are met while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. You'll collaborate closely with our Account Management team to identify opportunities and deliver exceptional value.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Account Management team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Engage proactively with customers on a regular basis, ideally once every 90 days.
- Prepare comprehensive activity and forecast reports for review by our Executive team.
- Foster strong relationships with customer leadership teams, gaining an understanding of their internal and external factors influencing their business.
- Presentation MHR's strategic vision to customer leadership teams, aligning our objectives with theirs.
- Support Sales and Marketing initiatives aimed at driving pipeline and sales.
- Work collaboratively with customers and internal teams to develop joint vision roadmaps outlining the value MHR will deliver.
- Partner with New Business and Marketing to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the customer and align relevant campaigns accordingly.
- Actively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring robust coverage to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Engage with prospects to articulate MHR's value proposition and drive deals to successful closure.
- Maintain detailed records of daily activities in Salesforce to monitor and assess performance.
- E nsure all customers can serve as positive references.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to proactively address and resolve issues, focusing on enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Demonstrate experience in B2B sales or a customer-centric environment.

This role requires a dedicated and customer-focused individual who can drive growth while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around £55,000 - £65,000, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition to your salary, we offer a range of benefits to support your personal and professional growth:
