You will be responsible for booking appointments accurately and for ensuring a first class service delivery for all clients. You will be client facing and happy to build rapport with and get to know our patients. You will manage the diaries and pathways for the services and liaise with other departments to ensure a seamless process is achieved. A keen interest in eating disorders and mental health would be a benefit and prior knowledge and experience of clinical admin is required.
You will have proven organisation skills and will be responsible for liaising with clients, members, consultants, therapists and other services to coordinate and ensure the smooth running and efficient clients journey. There is excellent scope for developing your knowledge in a range of areas as we deliver a wide range of services and treatments, working with leading specialists in the field of eating disorders and mental health.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Diary Management for clinicians
- Ensuring all data are on the client management system
- Implement and maintain client pathways
- Ensure all clients are aware of fees and charged appropriately
- Produce treatment plans in a timely manner
- Screen all clinical letters and send to clients in accordance to GDPR guidance
- Discharge patients
- Work in partnership with our clinicians, medical professionals and nursing team
**REQUIREMENTS**:
Essential
- Proven experience within a healthcare and/or clinic environment
- Excellent written English
- Good timekeeping and prepared to be flexible to meet the needs of the service
- Excellent organisational skills with high level of accuracy
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Ability to multi task and manage own workload
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to remain calm when under pressure
- Knowledge of medical systems
- Keen to develop new skills to meet the demands of a new and growing business
Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
