**Role Profile**

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our team. We are looking for someone to bring innovative ideas to the team. On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:

- Managing all Talent/People and Office operational matters including contracts, scheduling and managing our ATS/HRIS
- Taking ownership of all ad hoc general office matters, including arranging monthly socials, payroll facilitation and general office maintenance

**Requirements**:
We'd love it if you have*:

- Prior experience of Talent/People operations
- A couple of years' experience within an operational administrative role or similar
- Super organisation skills coupled with the ability to prioritise and manage workload efficiently
- Ability to deal with shifting priorities and to work at pace
- Good working knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint would be advantageous
