Our Property Services Team are seeking an organised and customer focussed individual to support us in providing the best service to our customers.
**LIVE **WORK** COLLABERATE**
Our Property Services team of twenty-eight Operatives is responsible for the delivery of day-to-day maintenance to 5500 homes across Wiltshire, including garages and communal areas. You will be responsible for the Planning and delivery of work for up to fourteen operatives.
**About the role**
As a Property Service Team Planner, you will work alongside existing Planners within a team of six and will be accountable to the Property Services Team Leaders.
You will be responsible for managing all relevant administration and support, such as processing of invoices, ordering materials, scheduling for repairs, liaising With Repairs Surveyors, our Customer Contact Team and Operatives by telephone, to ensure that all appointments and target dates are met.
You will also communicate with tenants to book appointments and resolve issues.
**About You**
We are looking for someone who puts the customer first, providing excellent service to both internal and external customers. You need to be able to use appropriate methods to communicate concisely with all stakeholders, ensuring good understanding.
You should have in-depth knowledge and experience in dealing with customers, managing, and prioritising your own workload, achieving results, responding to changing priorities and investigating, evaluating, and responding to situations quickly.
Experience of working within a housing or support related field, understanding of the construction industry, including trades, materials, Health, and Safety, working within a repair and maintenance service and an understanding of appointments systems are also desirable.
**Qualifications and Skills**
5 GCSE’s Grade C or above and/or equivalent experience (desirable)
