My client is a reputable Chartered independent financial planner who provides long term regulated Independent Financial Planning advice to their impressive portfolio of clients. The total team offer a wealth of experience and work with clients to develop unique, personalised, and achievable plans.

Due to a significant period of growth my client is now seeking an IFA Administrator to join their team. The IFA Administrator role not only offers a competitive salary and benefits package but also provides the opportunity of career progression and funded exams if desired.

As an IFA Administrator your responsibilities will include:

- Working alongside Directors, Financial Planners, Technical support (Paraplanners) and Client support to obtain information from providers and clients, processing advice transactions and maintaining client servicing.
- Assisting Technical support (Paraplanning) with the creation and presenting of suitability reports to financial advisers, with a focus on the specific company policy and current regulations.
- Carrying out duties in accordance with the rules and regulations set out by the Financial Conduct Authority.
