**What you’ll be doing**:
By delivering excellent customer service, you will be the main point of contact for all client queries relating to pension services and ensure all requests are processed within the regulatory timeframes in order to meet service levels. You will support the team with a range of duties such as implementing cost initiatives, ongoing compliance reviews in line with company policy, receiving client feedback and contributing to process reviews in order to streamline an effective business.

They ensure all clients feel at ease by simplifying the workflow using their in-house technology platform and provide a whole market platform to ensure access to the products clients need.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Previous experience in a similar administrative role
- Strong organisational skills
- Able to demonstrate strong team working skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Attention to detail
- Awareness of Pension regulations would be beneficial

**Hours & Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
- Competitive salary up to £26,000
