Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for comprehensive administration tasks related to an assigned portfolio of SSAS, ensuring exceptional technical and customer service outcomes for clients and their advisors. Daily duties will include:
  • Engaging with clients and their advisors to understand their needs and deliver optimal outcomes.
  • Calculating and disbursing retirement benefits.
  • Processing contributions and transfers into the SSAS.
  • Facilitating the acquisition or liquidation of investment portfolios.
  • Preparing asset valuations and member fund share calculations.
  • Managing property transactions in accordance with established procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with rent reviews, lease expirations, and insurance renewals.
  • Monitoring loan repayments and managing any arising arrears.

  • Executing the necessary steps to establish new schemes or transition existing ones.
  • Updating trust deeds to reflect changes in trustees and scheme rules.
  • Registering schemes with relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Completing and submitting required pension scheme documentation.
  • Calculating and processing death benefits.
  • Facilitating transfers and takeovers.
  • Preparing materials for client meetings.
  • Participating in trustee meetings as needed.
  • Addressing any administrative queries that arise.
