**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- Inputting purchase invoices and daily cash sheets onto Xero
- Liaising with suppliers to resolve queries and discrepancies and building supplier relationships
- Bank reconciliations
- Reconciling purchase ledger accounts to supplier statements

**Experience**
- Must have experience of Accounts Payable work
- AAT qualified or training preferred
- Good IT and Excel skills

**About Us**

Brighton Implant Clinic is a group of dental clinics based in Sussex offering affordable dental implant treatment. Our clinics are based in Hove, Brighton, Worthing and Hailsham. Each of our clinics is equipped with CT scanners and we have our own in-house dental laboratory.

Please note that this position is not suitable for those who need to drive to work due to a lack of parking facilities. This role is office-based but suitable for some remote working depending on business needs.

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£32,900.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Church Road: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- AAT (preferred)

Work authorisation:

- United Kingdom (required)
