Our client are a data protection and legal consultancy company, who are looking for an Office Administrator apprentice to join their dynamic team. They have decades of experience dedicated to supporting businesses and a deep understanding of data protection laws and regulations.

**Responsibilities as an Office Administrator**

**Finance Admin**
- Timely invoicing of clients
- Data entry into finance systems
- Liaising with customer finance teams
- Weekly reporting

**Customer service**
- Handling a proportion of customer service queries
- Adding/amending records in CRM system

**General administration and assistance**
- Diary management
- Record keeping.
- Internet research

**Digital marketing**
- Written content creation
- Social media management

**- **Potentially managing Google Ads budget

Other tasks and duties that arise from time-to-time which fall within the scope of a Business and Marketing Administrator role.

**Skills / Experience**
- Customer service and good communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to organise workload effectively.
- Time management
- Experience of multitasking and working to a deadline

**Prospects**

The opportunity to potentially go into a permanent based position once completed the apprenticeship.

**Job Title: Office Administrator Apprentice**

**Apprenticeship: Business Administrator Level 3**

**Contract: 18mths**

**Location: Hybrid (Homebased & Hove)**

**Salary: £18,278 per annum**

**Full Time: Monday - Friday, (37.5hrs per week)**
