Are you looking for a fast-paced and rewarding role in the medical field? We have the perfect opportunity for you Our client, a leading healthcare organisation, is seeking a Medical Admissions Administrator to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis for 2 weeks initially 🏥

As a Medical Admissions Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the admissions process. You will be responsible for handling patient records, processing admissions paperwork, and coordinating with medical staff. Your attention to detail and strong organisational skills will be vital in ensuring accurate and efficient admissions procedures. 💼

What will you be doing? 📝

Managing and updating patient records in accordance with medical regulations
Processing admissions paperwork and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete
Coordinating with medical staff to schedule admissions and ensure smooth transitions for patients
Providing excellent customer service to patients and their families, addressing any questions or concernsWhat do you need to succeed? 🎯

Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role, ideally within a healthcare setting
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Proficient computer skills and experience using electronic medical record systems
