Administrative Assistant

**Duties will Include**:
- Liasing with Project Managers to ensure projects are running to timescales.
- Taking minutes at internal and external meetings.
- Processing paperwork pertaining to works completed.
- Ensuring all H&S / Supporting paperwork are up to date before site works take place.
- Supporting the preparation of weekly project reports for both internal and client review.
- Communicating with relevant companies regarding incoming inquiries for current and upcoming projects.
- Dealing with inquiry calls, directing calls and noting down accurate messages.
- Organizing travel and accommodation for other employees within the business.
- Reviewing time sheets and expenses.
- Preparing source documents such as invoices, purchase orders and remittance notices.
- Ordering stationary, office equipment or uniforms and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Any other ad hoc duties where requested.
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
**Salary**: £20,319.00 - £21,000.00
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
