Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized Administrator to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dance studio by providing administrative support and maintaining efficient systems.
You will help with general admin, be a friendly face on the desk communicating with parents and pupils.
We operate during term time and are closed during school holidays.
Hours are a Tuesday & Thursday 3:30-8pm for now
Must have a DBS or willing to get one
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet parents and pupils providing them with necessary information.
- Manage the dance calendar.
- Assist in organising upcoming dance events.
- Generally be a helping hand to principal Georgia, helping her with any little tasks.
- Be a friendly face and someone the children can go to.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and think on the spot.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £11.55-£12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 - 9 per week
