An excellent opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to join a well-established company.

Working within a bright, vibrant and friendly team the role of the Contracts Administrator will include:

- All administration to support the department
- Assisting with collating weekly and monthly reports
- Assisting with the vehicle fleet, managing daily and weekly checks
- Assisting with the tools fleet including keeping a log of all tools, organising testing and replacements where required.
- Scheduling surveys nationwide
- Completing and returning paperwork/PPQ’s where required
- Creation and distribution of certificates
- Compiling of Operation Manuals for projects where requested

Ideally the Contracts Administrator role would suit someone with the following skills and attributes:

- Extremely organised and able to manage a busy workload
- The ability to build solid, collaborative relationships with colleagues
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent phone manner
- Extensive experience managing a large variety of administrative tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work comfortably within a team whilst also confident enough to manage themselves ensuring all tasks are completed within the time required.
- Being able to prioritise tasks on a daily basis is a vital skill to be successful in the role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

Work Location: One location
