Contracts Administrator

**Salary**: £25000 - £28000 per annum

An excellent opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to join a well-established company.
Working within a bright, vibrant and friendly team the role of the Contracts Administrator will include:
All administration to support the department

Assisting with collating weekly and monthly reports

Assisting with the vehicle fleet, managing daily and weekly checks

Assisting with the tools fleet including keeping a log of all tools, organising testing and replacements where required.

Scheduling surveys nationwide

Completing and returning paperwork/PPQ's where required

Creation and distribution of certificates

Compiling of Operation Manuals for projects where requested

Ideally the Contracts Administrator role would suit someone with the following skills and attributes:
Extremely organised and able to manage a busy workload

The ability to build solid, collaborative relationships with colleagues

Strong communication skills

Excellent phone manner

Extensive experience managing a large variety of administrative tasks

Strong problem-solving skills

Must be able to work comfortably within a team whilst also confident enough to manage themselves ensuring all tasks are completed within the time required.

Being able to prioritise tasks on a daily basis is a vital skill to be successful in the role.
