**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of a care facility, such as an assisted living or nursing home
- Develop and implement care plans for residents, ensuring their individual needs are met
- Supervise and provide guidance to a team of nurses and care staff
- Administer medications and treatments as necessary, following proper protocols
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the provision of care
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to ensure the well-being of residents
- Provide leadership and support to staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Implement strategies to enhance the quality of care provided to residents, including dementia care

**Requirements**:

- Valid nursing license or relevant healthcare qualification
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a care setting
- Strong knowledge of care practices, including medication administration and care planning
- Familiarity with regulations and standards governing assisted living or nursing home facilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to providing care for elderly or vulnerable individuals

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£23,286.00 per year
