Marketing Coordinator

**SPECIFIC JOB DESCRIPTION ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
**Overall Job Purpose**
The post holder will be responsible for marketing activities at Food WorksSW to help increase awareness, profile and general use of the Centre including increasing enquiry levels. This will include supporting the team with day-to-day operations of the Centre.
**Role Requirements**
The role requires an individual to develop and deliver marketing and promotional activities to increase awareness and interest in Food WorksSW. The role will be working with the team, users of the Centre, tenants, business members and external partners to widen awareness of the opportunities that the Centre provides to support food and drink business growth, increasing the use of the Centre across all facilities whilst supporting wider Forum marketing activity where required.

**Food WorksSW Marketing**
**Co-ordinate Food WorksSW brand and marketing work including**:
Ensuring the marketing of the Food WorksSW, activities and facilities support commercial targets.
Work with colleagues to ensure the Food WorksSW Marketing Plan reacts to opportunities as well as delivering against core actions and targets.
Developing and maintaining a 3-month activity plan and assets for social media, PR, case study, website and event activities.
Manage and maintain the dedicated website to ensure content is accurate, up to date and liaise with the website designers on any issues.
Schedule, set up and manage social media posts ensuring content is engaging in order to build a strong following and awareness.
Use social media software to deploy content (Hootsuite).
Ensuring any funded project marketing, promotions and social media activities are scheduled and delivered on time.
Ensuring Brand Guidelines are followed, including those for funded activity.
Create and distribute regular tenant/network newsletters
Develop content for PR, social media and case studies as required.
Design, create, print and distribute promotional assets for site activity i.e. events, promotions, services
Develop relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate on projects/campaigns
Gather monthly analytics from all platforms inc website and socials to help guide work.
Work with colleagues in Food and Drink Forum to ensure links and activity are made across marketing work, including membership wherever possible, including regular marketing meetings.
**Events**
**Support the development of an Events plan and activity, to include**:
Identifying potential topics for Centre events with colleagues.
Working with speakers to develop marketing, content, information and promoting the event.
Launch and manage event bookings through Eventbrite.
**External Work**
**Liaise with external partners on promotions and projects, to include**:
Liaise with marketing and communication consultants regarding commissioned work including information for marketing, events, media contact and features.
Develop relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate on projects/campaigns where required.
**Support to colleagues**
**Provide support to the team to ensure the efficient operation of the site, to meet necessary legislative requirements and good practice. Activities will include**:
Support the Food Works team when acting as point of contact at reception when needed.
Ensuring the coffee shop is staffed and serving customers if required.
Supporting the Food Works team with setting up/service and clearing down in meeting rooms if required.
**Others**
Complying with Data Protection regulations at all time.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: Up to £24,000.00 per year
