We are seeking an Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Univar Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for improving and expanding the company's position within assigned accounts by using a consultative and in-depth selling approach.

You will establish and develop customer relationships by evaluating needs and opportunities within customer accounts, providing technical support and consultant services to increase overall value to customers.

Maintaining and expanding knowledge of products, services, competitive activities, and other general information of interest to customers is crucial for success in this position. A strong ability to set pricing and service levels, as well as maintain and coordinate customer quotations, is also necessary.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B environment, with personal care or homecare & industrial cleaning chemical ingredient experience being a plus. Fluency in English and French is required, along with experience negotiating and closing large, sophisticated opportunities.

The estimated salary for this role is around $90,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications. Our Total Rewards package includes market-aligned pay and incentives, as well as a diverse benefit offering.
