Starting with our comprehensive Community Care team serving the entire area, extending to our specialised Reablement and Bridging the Gap care services, and encompassing the district-wide Wellness service. Response24 - our industry leading 24-hour emergency falls, care and Telecare or TEC response service. Finally, our latest venture, Acootec, dedicated to providing integrated solutions for the supply, installation, product support, and monitoring of Telecare, TEC, and open-market devices or peripherals.
Blending the expertise across our brands, services, or solutions with the latest in digital technology from our partners, our ‘family’ of 200 plus members extends support to more than 3,500 individuals daily. In addition to this, we serve as a pivotal link in our communities between Health and Social care partners and services on a 24-hour basis.

**The role**
As the TEC and Response Service Coordinator, you will have responsibility alongside your peer service coordinator to ensure process and procedures are adhered to in line with business or client expectations and that all KPI's are achieved by effective service and staff management.
Your peer service coordinator has over 5 years’ experience working within the Access Your Care group, your line manager has 25 years’ experience in the industry and is held in high esteem within the local Health and Social Care system. You will not only be joining a caring and nurturing environment when taking on this role, you will receive the expert guidance and knowledge of colleagues in supporting you towards becoming part of the extended ‘family’ and fulfilling both the service and your own goals and objectives.
Whilst the Response24 service has been in operation since the group was founded, the Acootec brand and solutions are the latest addition to this service portfolio of the group and is therefore currently in the design and process mapping stage with internal colleagues and external partners. From the moment you are in post, this will be an exciting opportunity to make an impact and be involved in something enduring within the group.
As the TEC and Response Coordinator, you will play a crucial and central role in the ongoing service design and service delivery alongside managing and supervising the day-to-day operational team responsible for providing exceptional digital, monitoring, installation, support, and response solutions to our client groups.
You will be responsible for driving service development and co-design, which will include connecting with external statutory organisations such as Local Authorities, the NHS and other client or business leads, project managers or representatives to achieve progressive outcomes towards delivery of commissioned projects.
To deliver in your central role as mentioned above, there will be a requirement to travel using company provided vehicle/s across our local area visiting clients in their settings, whether they are commercial clients/settings or individual properties and to provide TEC solution suitability assessments, simple equipment installations, testing and inspection for maintenance or modification, alongside decommissioning and retrieval of equipment. You will also be required to remotely operate and monitor TEC solutions, platforms and products alongside coordinating and wherever required, delivering preventative solutions available within the scope of any of our services.
