As a Coordinator for the Property Services Surveying and Compliance team, you will ensure that our systems, liabilities, complaints and information are up to date and accurate.

On a day to day basis, you will work with the wider business to improve communications on repairs, maintenance, and surveying matters using customer feedback and experience to improve the service offered. You will deliver a customer focused administrative service to a high standard of accuracy.

You will need to have an excellent eye for detail, be able to prioritise and have the ability to deliver effectively when working to tight deadlines.

This role is being offered on a **full time**,** permanent **basis and can be based in our **Weston-Super-Mare **or** Exeter** office. A hybrid working style is an option.

To be successful in the role of Coordinator - Surveying and Compliance, you will have the skills, knowledge and experience required for a Level 1 - Team Member role, along with the below role specific requirements:

- Experience working in an administrative or office environment.
- Good level of attention to detail and accuracy skills.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient working knowledge of IT software and ability to understand bespoke systems.
- Experience of working in affordable housing or a related field.
- Experience of liaising and communicating verbally and in writing with all stakeholders.
- Ability to analyse information, make informed judgements, appraise performance and manage risk.
- Thorough understanding of delivering front line services to customers in challenging environments.
- Thorough understanding and appreciation of service delivery to internal and external customers.
- Ability to convey information for use in formal reports and oral presentations.
- Strong understanding of damp & mould, disrepair and business processes - relevant knowledge and experience.
- Good level of literacy and numeracy.
