Duties:

- Processing Purchase Invoices, answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain an organised filing system for documents
- Assist with administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in an administrative role is advantageous
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Clerical skills including filing, copying, and scanning documents. Comfortable working in an office environment with computerised systems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months
