We have a great opportunity for an HR administrator to join our team on a six
- month contract. You can be based in our office in Inverness or work remotely if that suits you better.
**About the role**:
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to come in at entry level, get involved in elements of HR administration, and see it as a stepping stone to a long and successful career in the industry.
You'll be joining a team which prides itself on its collaborative approach, and you'll receive all the training and support you need to get up to speed quickly.
We're looking for someone with a proactive, positive mindset who will enjoy working in a busy environment and has a passion for HR. You'll predominantly be providing administration support to our UK region, however there will be a requirement to support our Americas region, providing you with multiple experiences of processes and procedure across the globe.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Completing and issuing employee lifecycle letters such as Terms and Conditions changes, absence notifications, maternity/paternity, and recognition letters
- Filing and maintaining of electronic documents
- Updating electronic employee records
- Responding to HR admin related queries within the shared HR mailbox
- Updating payroll with any pay related changes for employees
**Requirements**:
**Required Qualifications and Skills**:
We're looking for someone with a minimum of National 5 qualifications. Ideally you will have studied an HR qualification and are looking for your first HR position.
You'll bring:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good attention to detail
- Strong IT skills, ideally with experience in CRM systems
- A desire to work in HR

**Terms of the role**:
As a Scottish Living Wage employer, you will receive an hourly rate of £9.90 per hour and access to all of our competitive Company Benefits including (but not limited to) 25 days pro rata annual leave with 8 public holidays, 10% Employer Company Pension (as long as minimum contribution is met by employee), Volunteer Days, Gym Subsidy, Health Cash Plan plus many more.
