Project Administrator

Citrus Recruit are excited to be working in partnership with a leading automotive company, recruiting for a Project Administrator to join their small but growing team.
You will be working alongside a wider team to support on the administrative side of project delivery, the role will include liaising with external suppliers and the wider internal team, it’s an all round administration role so you must have exceptional attention to detail and organisation skills.
Full training will be provided but we are looking for someone who can demonstrate with excellent communication and administration skills.
**Responsibilities & day to day duties**
As a Project Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Manage and oversee administrative aspects of projects efficiently.
- Execute project tasks from initial acknowledgement to completion following specified checklists.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Team to ensure timely completion of all tasks.
- Maintain project documentation and update company systems according to standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with stakeholders including customers and suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Liaise with Quality and Logistics Departments to meet customer delivery timelines.
- Ensure smooth office operations including building maintenance and supplies management.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Team as required
- Enter contacts into the CRM database within two working days post-trade show.
**Skills & experience required.**
- Experience in an administration role, ideally in a Project Administrator role.
- Excellent administration and communication skills - you will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to pick up technical side of the role with training
- Superb attention to detail
