Logistics Co-ordinator

Citrus Recruit are excited to be working in partnership with a leading automotive company, recruiting for a Logistics Co-ordinator to join their small but growing team.
You will be working in a small warehouse/ production facility in a really varied role which will include stock control, arranging deliveries, dealing with suppliers and working alongside the wider team to ensure customers requirements are met.
**Responsibilities & day to day duties**
As a Logistics Co-ordinator you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the warehouse by:
- Operating a counterbalance forklift to move, load, and unload materials or products within the warehouse.
- Checking incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness
- Use an in-house stock management system to record entry or removal of stock
- Assisting with picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.
- Contact suppliers to confirm shipping dates and liaise with customers when necessary to confirm deliveries and timings
- Work closely with Project team and other team members to ensure SLA’s are adhered to and operations run smoothly
**Skills & experience required.**
- Experience within warehouse or logistics-related environment
- Counterbalance FLT license
- Full driving license
- Understanding & experience of stock control
- Knowledge of using Microsoft Excel/Microsoft databases to enter data
- Excellent communication and administration skills - must be able to liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Superb attention to detail
- Ability to deal with pressure and changing priorities
**Benefits**
- Salary of up to £27,000
- Hours 7-4 Mon - Thurs, Fri 7-12
- 20 days holiday plus bank holiday plus Christmas shutdown
- Pension
