**Equans is working closely in partnership with the National Lottery following a successful bid for an 18-month project.**

Equans is looking for 4 x Planners to join our team in Coleshill, B46 1JU on an 16 Month Fixed Term contract. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.

**What will you deliver?***:

- Schedule project work to correct engineers to ensure tasks are completed within SLA.
- Contact all retailers to schedule the planned work in and ensure access is granted.
- Carry out daily jeopardy management on any jobs that are at the risk of failure and ensure appropriate action is taken if work cannot be completed.
- Take action on any jobs where the SLA has breached and evidence what work has been taken.
- Ensure notes and mitigations are added to CAFM system throughout the day to evidence jeopardy management has taken place and to ensure notes are available to the customer.
- Running weekly reports for the whole team to ensure visibility of performance of the project.
- Logging and assigning jobs on our CAFM systems and ensuring our clients systems are continuously updated.
- Use customer systems and provide updates on all project work, adding notes for any jobs that have been completed.
- First point of contact for engineers, supervisors, and Logistics Managers regarding scheduling queries
- Ensure CAFM systems are always up to date, extracting key information when requested.
- Carry out general administrative duties in line with the departmental policies & procedures.
- Liaise with the logistics manager, to discuss the daily/weekly plans taking place, highlighting any Business-critical events.

**Who are we looking for?**:

- Recognised industry standard qualification relating to planning and routing.
- Previous planning experience
- Team working experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook
- Experience of using a CAFM system
