Earthworks Ganger – (Coleshill, Birmingham) – Fulltime

PAYE basis (NOT UMBRELLA)

On Offer:

* Rate of £20.22 per hour

* Paid Holidays: 30 days per year (including bank holidays)

* Lodge/Accommodation rate of £50.65 this is only paid if you meet the requirements which is to be 50+ Miles from site. (This will be checked using the shortest distance Via AA Route planner. Relevant Documentation must be provided i.e. Proof of Address and Tenancy Agreement, and Booking Receipts)

* Training and upskilling paid for

Overtime When Available:

* Weekdays and Nights time and a third pay

* Weekends time and a half pay

Candidates must have:

* Full understanding of all aspects and responsibilities of a Earthworks Ganger

* Good level of experience of General Earthworks

* The experience of supervising a small team of operatives

* Expected to lead by example in a working supervisory position

* Carry out any tasks assigned by overseeing operatives/Foreman with regards to safety working to method

* CSCS Blue skilled worker card and SSSTS

Preferred

* CSCS Gold Supervisors card having achieved or working towards and SMSTS - site managers safety training scheme (5 days)

* Manual handling

* First aid at work (4 day).

* Driving license
