Robert Heath Heating specialises in providing domestic and commercial gas heating installation, service, and maintenance services to Social Housing, and is currently engaged in long-term contracts with Housing Associations and Local Authorities, covering around 100,000 properties across the UK.
We are looking for a passionate and motivated administrator to join our client-focused team. This is an exciting time to join a family run business undergoing wide business change. We provide world-class customer service in a fast-paced environment, supported by our schedulers and contact centre teams, to deliver a seamless client experience.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Communicating verbally and in writing with customers and clients
2. Complaint Resolution
3. Dealing with incoming and outgoing communications
4. Accurately recording notes on our system
5. Data entry, retrieval, and database management
6. Utilising empathy when liaising with vulnerable customers
7. A calm approach to objection handling
8. Proactively own issues through to resolution
9. Initiative to bring solutions not problems
10. Managing client expectations
11. Liaising with 3rd parties and clients to ensure job programmes are met
**MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
1. Monitor and manage Works in Progress
2. Adhering to Contractual Compliance
3. Accurately recording notes on our system
4. Accurate data entry to deliver our duty of care
5. Utilising empathy when liaising with vulnerable customers
6. An important cog in a big machine
7. A calm approach to objection handling
8. Proactively own issues through to resolution
9. Initiative to bring solutions not problems
10. Managing client expectations
**KEY SKILLS **ESSENTIAL
Outstanding customer service skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work to deadlines
Good problem solving skills
Ability to work well as part of team and independently using own initiative
IT Skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook or similar
**DESIRABLE**
Objection handling
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads
Ability to communicate with internal and external employees at all levels
**EXPERIENCE **ESSENTIAL
Working in a customer service / help-desk / contact center environment
**DESIRABLE**
Working within heating, plumbing or construction industries
Working within the social housing / maintenance sector
Engaging with people with different needs and backgrounds
**EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS**
**ESSENTIAL**
5 GCSEs grade A*-C (or equivalent)
