Office Administrator

The office administrator role is offered on a full-time basis within our Paisley branch to deal with the day-to-day admin duties.

Applicants with administration experience would be preferred but is not essential.

Full training will be provided.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Answering telephone and greeting clients within the office as a first point of call
- Diary management - arranging viewings, property inspections, inventories
- Updating window templates, advertising, instructing signage at all properties, and managing social media accounts
- Signing up tenants at move in, taking and processing deposit and rental payments and issuing receipts, signing out keys and scanning and filing all tenancy paperwork
- Informing utility suppliers and the local authority of new tenancies
- Dealing with repairs, generating work orders, instructing safety checks, relaying information to landlords, scanning and filing checks and liaising with contractors
- Processing tenant notices received, serving notice on tenants, generating landlord paperwork and remarketing properties
- Franking and taking mail daily
- General office duties: faxing, scanning, photocopying and filing

**Personal Specifications**:

- IT skills with ability to learn new systems.
- Organisation skills with a keen eye to detail.
- Works well within a team, and on their own.
- Ability to work well under pressure.

**Benefits**:

- 20 days annual leave rising by 1 day per consecutive year of employment up to a maximum of 24 days.
- 8 public holidays per year.

**Salary**:

- £20,000 per annum.
