**The College and the Role**

**Purpose of the role**

The Conference and Functions Administrator coordinates a wide range of term-time functions for students and fellows, gaudies for the College, and in the vacation the booking and coordination of commercial conferences and events. Effective communication with a number of departments in the college is essential to the role, involving disseminating appropriate logístical arrangements to operational departments. Producing commercial contracts and invoicing require a high degree of independent accountability and attention to detail. The individual will also meet with prospective clients, conduct show rounds and negotiations, requiring an individual that is professional, dynamic and adaptable and has a flexible attitude to the diverse range of tasks and skills need to support the Conference office team.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 14 months

**Salary**: £31,502.00-£34,314.00 per year
