**RECEPTION/ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT**

**Role and responsibilities: Assist with reception and general administrative duties including**:

- Meeting and greeting clients
- Taking and making telephone calls and appointments
- Office and file administration/document archives/letters and post
- Copying and scanning of documents
- Other general admin duties

**Requirements**:

- Excellent interpersonal, telephone and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Flexible and reliable
- Highly organised independent worker and also a team player

Contract type: Permanent

Working hours: 9am to 5pm: Monday-Friday.

**Salary**: Commensurate with experience.

About us: We are a law firm in Waterloo, Sefton specialising in Wills, Trusts and Probate with a large, national client base. Specialist knowledge of law is not required.
