**Job overview**:
The Children and Young People's Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID) service is a newly commissioned Community Eating Disorder Team. The team is currently a small but an expanding multi disciplinary team, and we are looking for a key member of our team to support the administrative and co ordinator functions of our service. The post holder will work closely with hospital and community based staff, being the main point of contact. Its a fantastic time to join us as this post holder will be integral to the development of this brand new service in Cornwall.

To provide the necessary administrative support to enable the efficient and effective functioning of the community multi-disciplinary team.

The post holder will provide a consistent efficient service to the members of the public and team members, and professionals from a range of different services.

To provide administrative advice and support in the development of this new service.

To Co ordinate referrals along the care pathway, collecting data for audits and supporting the service to meet targets and deadline.

hybrid working is encouraged, some travel across the county is likely from time to time

**Main duties of the job**:
The most holder will work with the clinical team to ensure that clinics are well organised, co ordinating and tracking patient flow, collecting information and outcomes along the patient journey.

The post holder will organise Multi Disciplinary Meetings, taking minutes and communicating outcomes relating to patient care.

Working to deadlines and within timeframes is crucial as is the attention to detail.

Being able to use different IT systems including Word, Excel, Electronic Patient Records, and adapt to using a range of different platforms.

monitoring the referrals inbox and duty calls and disseminating relevant information and recording patient details are crucial to the success of this service.

being able to develop robust administrative tasks including organising processes and systems, requires the post holder to have experience of working in a similar setting.

Develop knowledge and experience of the pathway for children and young people referred to the ARFID service.

Be able to collage and process data to ensure that the team are able to monitor waiting times, and access to treatment including identifying service gaps.
