We have a fantastic opportunity for you as Account Executive #1 for EMEA, reporting to our CEO, Founder.

- With a small team and customers in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the Netherlands, we're swinging for the fences to build a legendary company.
- You'll be pivotal to scaling the company with us and will experience working with the founders and founding engineers.
- We're looking for our first Account Executive for North America to join our team and be part of our next growth phase.
- Reporting to our Founders, you'll be responsible for finding, developing, and closing new businesses in the North American region.

**The Role**:
**What will you do**:

- Work with the founder and CEO daily to help grow our customer base in EMEA.
- Work to achieve maximum account penetration and sales within your territory.
- Find accurate contact information for leads and qualify them by leveraging various sales and lead generation tools.
- Reach out to new prospects daily.
- Nurture and follow up with prospects daily that are not yet ready to purchase with relevant information and drip campaigns using tools like Hubspot.
- Manage end-to-end sales & demo cycle until close.
- Ensure successful follow-through of sales cycles by maintaining accurate information in HubSpot.
- Be our Hubspot expert and keep our data clean and structured.
- Report your weekly outcomes of leads developed, new leads added, deals closed, and any field sales intelligence; keep records and generate reports on all phases of activities ready for us to review at any time.
- Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on the product roadmap, industry changes, and competitive landscape.
- Closely collaborate with Bullhorn's (our leading partner) teams to identify new opportunities.

**Tools you will be using**:
Hubspot, Superhuman, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Overloop, Fathom, Loom, Notion, Dock, Google Suite, Pitch, Intercom, Asana + new tools that you believe make an impact.

**About you**:

- Inbound or outbound sales development experience is preferred.
- You have experience or would enjoy working in a smaller company environment, ideally with expertise reporting to a founding CEO.
- You're process-oriented and excited about solving problems, finding creative solutions, and helping improve business processes as we grow.
- You have experience working in fully remote teams and possess the ability to manage your time wisely.
- You have **excellent attention to detail** With exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- You don't use the term “That doesn't work.”
- You have familiarity with tools such as Hubspot, Outreach.io, Slack, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Loom, Notion, Excel, and G Suite and are eager to learn new tools.
- You can thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-energy environment that requires the ability to multi-task and implement high-priority initiatives.
- Hands-on experience in the staffing industry working either for a staffing firm, a software supplier to the staffing industry (example: Bullhorn) or a job board (example: Dice, Careerbuilder) is preferred.
