This program involves the business change surround a technology replacement of a Crew Platform that integrates elements of logistics platforms. As a Change Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the change program runs smoothly and efficiently, with minimum disruption to the business operations.

**Key responsibilities for this role include**:

- Developing change management plans, including communication and training plans, and coordinating their execution to ensure successful delivery of the program
- Conducting Change Impact Analysis to identify potential impacts of the change program and develop strategies to minimize these impacts
- Engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure effective communication of the change program, including regular updates on progress, risks, and issues
- Supporting the design and delivery of training programs to ensure effective adoption of the new system
- Managing and mitigating risks and issues related to the change program, ensuring they are addressed promptly and effectively
