Purchase Admin Assistant

The Purchasing Admin Assistant will assist the Purchasing Team to ensure goods are delivered in time for production.
Placement of purchase orders in conjunction with a material demand through an ERP system, confirming acknowledgement dates and chasing deliveries.
**Key Responsibilities and Duties**
- Purchase order progressing
- Raising and reporting delivery delays to Production department
- Management of stationary and office consumables
- Administration of delivery dates and schedules within the ERP system
- Cover for other team members and assist with other admin duties as required
- Complete any other reasonable tasks beneficial to the business
**Requirements**:
