Rapid Access Ltd is an ever expanding manufacturing company with 3 sites within the Nuneaton area we’d like you to join our friendly and welcoming Internal Sales Team.
About the Role
**As **a member of the Internal Sales Team**, your day-to-day duties will include**:
- Being first point of contact for all customer queries.
- Raising quotations and processing orders via our in house system.
- Dealing with courier enquires, tracking deliveries and arranging returns.
- Offering support to management when required.
**What is expected**
- Excellent Telephone Manner.
- Be able to work in a team and independently.
- Prioritise workload.
- Strong customer service skills both written and verbally.
- The ability to build relationships internally and externally.
- To be confident in using Microsoft Office.

Monday - Thursday: 08:30 - 17:00
Friday: 08:30 - 16:00
