Internal Sales Executive

Glen Callum Associates ltd is searching for highly skilled Internal Sales Account Managers / Tele-Sales Account Managers to bolster our UK sales team's capabilities. In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional sales support and driving business growth through strategic account management.
The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in Customer Service or Internal Account Management, preferably within the motor factor, industrial/ engineering supplies/distributor, or trade commodities sectors. A strong background in sales, business development, and relationship-building is essential, with a focus on increasing sales, developing customer spends, and enhancing order values through innovative strategies and exceptional communication.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving revenue growth by proactively identifying opportunities to increase sales, develop customer spends, and enhance order values.
- Developing and executing account plans to ensure seamless sales support and optimal customer satisfaction.
- Cultivating strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, fostering trust and loyalty through outstanding service and tailored solutions.
- Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales growth initiatives and stay ahead of the competition.
